Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat.

Malnutrition is one of the major problem in our country nowadays. And because of malnutrition, many people suffered illnesses and diseases and some of them died earlier.

Children must eat proper and nutritious food for them to become healthy. And a pregnant woman should eat nutritious food so that the baby on her womb will become healthy. A person must be healthy so that he/she will be free from sickness and diseases. Eating three times (breakfast, lunch, supper) a day makes us healthy. Food is the source of energy. And energy is needed for us to perform daily task and activities.

Therefore a person must eat food to become healthy and to perform activities and to become strong and to be far from sickness.
